Institute Subscription Refunds

GyanRank is committed to providing modern, top-tier examination technology to coaching institutes. We offer a transparent 7-day subscription refund window for coaching institute plans under the following explicit criteria:

Eligible: The refund request is formally submitted within 7 calendar days of the original payment completion date.
Eligible: The institute has conducted or published 2 or fewer exams on the platform during the paid cycle.
Not Eligible: If more than 2 exams have been conducted, the plan is classified as substantially utilized and is not eligible for a refund.

How to Claim a Refund

To initiate a refund request, send an email to support@gyanrank.com or message our support helpline at +91 7479554247 containing the following details:

Registered Institute Email & Name: The primary admin email address and registered institute title.
Payment Gateway Order ID / Razorpay Payment Reference: Found on the transaction invoice sent to your email.
Reason for Request: Brief constructive feedback explaining why the platform did not meet your expectations.

Our accounts team will verify your exam usage count and approve the request within 24 business hours.

Section 3

Processing Timeline & Gateway Payout

Once your refund is approved, it is automatically routed through our payment gateway partner (Razorpay).

UPI & NetBanking

Credits back to your source bank account within 3 to 5 business days.

Debit & Credit Cards

Reflected on your card statement within 5 to 7 business days as per banking network rules.

You will receive an automated confirmation email with the Razorpay refund tracking ARN (Acquirer Reference Number).

Section 4

Subscription Cancellation Rules

Institutes can cancel future renewals at any time directly from the Institute Admin Portal under Settings > Billing & Subscription:

Active Until Cycle End: If cancelled outside the 7-day refund window, your access continues undisturbed until the end of the current billing cycle.
No Hidden Cancellation Fees: We do not charge cancellation fees, account closure fees, or early termination penalties.
Data Export Rights: Institutes may download their student exam histories, rank lists, and question banks prior to plan expiration.

Student Zero-Cost Protection Guarantee

GyanRank does not charge students any fees directly. Students receive free access through their coaching institute. If a student erroneously makes any payment on our platform or encounters an unauthorized charge, it is eligible for immediate 100% refund.
